Built in 1882, our "Peaches and Dreams" Bed and Breakfast is located on 20 Woodlawn Avenue in historic Fairport, New York. This quaint village, established in 1821, has many historic homes, sight-seeing boat tours, antique and gift shops and a local museum. Restaurants and coffee shops abound within easy walking distance. The village is part of the Town of Perinton, which recently received the honor of being named Trail Town U.S.A. because of its many enjoyable bicycle trails and the Canal Towpath which is part of the Erie Canal system. (You may enjoy use of our bicycles free of charge to experience these trails, should you desire.)
